How to Use:
- Global Settings: Set your preferred Currency Symbol and the Unit for all room dimensions (meters or feet).
- Room Dimensions: Click "Add Room" for each rectangular area. Enter its Length and Width. You can add multiple rooms.
- Flooring Details:
- Select the pricing method: "Per Square Unit" or "Per Box/Pack".
- If "Per Square Unit": Enter the price per square meter or square foot (matches dimension unit).
- If "Per Box/Pack": Enter the price per box and the area coverage per box (in sq m or sq ft).
- Enter the wastage percentage (e.g., 10-15% is common).
- Optional Costs:
- Enter cost for underlayment per square unit (if any).
- Choose labor cost method ("Per Square Unit" or "Flat Rate") and enter the value.
- Calculate: Click the "Estimate Flooring Project" button.
- View Results: See a breakdown of areas, materials needed, and estimated costs.
- Log: Review the "Action Log" for calculation details.
