Advanced Latitude/Longitude Converter

How to Use:

  1. Select Coordinate Type: Choose whether you are converting a Latitude or Longitude.
  2. Select Input Format: Specify if your input is in Decimal Degrees (DD) or Degrees, Minutes, Seconds (DMS).
    • Decimal Degrees (DD): Enter a single number (e.g., 40.7128 or -74.0060).
    • Degrees, Minutes, Seconds (DMS): Enter in a format like 40 26 46 N, 40°26'46"N, or -74 0 21.5 W (degrees, minutes, seconds, optional direction). Spaces, commas, or symbols (° ' ") can be used as separators. Direction (N, S, E, W) is optional if the sign is used for degrees.
  3. Enter Coordinate Value: Type or paste the coordinate into the text field.
  4. Convert: Click the "Convert Coordinate" button.
  5. View Result: The converted coordinate will be displayed in the alternate format.
  6. Copy & Log: Use the "Copy Result" button and review the Action Log for conversion details.
